Founded in 1969, LIOS Graduate College (formerly the Leadership Institute of Seattle) is a center for progressive leadership education that is unsurpassed in the Pacific Northwest.
LIOS stands for transformative education; human communication and collaboration informed and energized by integrity; and professional and personal excellence.
The College’s Master of Arts degree programs in Psychology and Organizational Systems prepare individuals to perform as external consultants and coaches or agents of productive change within businesses and corporations; and to become mental health professionals in private practice and within organizations.
As a training Institute, LIOS offers an outstanding slate of professional leadership development programs. All courses of study focus on providing individuals with powerful leadership skills that promote success in professional as well as personal settings.
